Service Description

Tower class is a challenging yet fun open-level class where we explore all levels of the tower exercises. There is an element of flow and it is a full-body workout as Joseph Pilates intended.

Cancellation Policy

Scheduled group classes may be cancelled with 12 hours' notice to the instructor from the client. If notice of cancellation is not received, the client agrees to pay a $10 Late Cancel Fee.
