The retreat takes place on February 5, 2026, from 12:00 pm to 1:30 pm at Lynchburg Pilates in Lynchburg, VA. It is designed specifically for women aged 18 and older who want to build confidence in goal setting and experience a supportive wellness environment.


Guided Goal Setting with Monica Prahinski


Monica Prahinski, a Certified Integrative Nutrition Health and Life Coach and owner of Monica Makes, leads the goal-setting portion. She introduces a proven process that breaks down goal achievement into manageable steps. Monica focuses on the first of four key concepts that set participants up for success over the next 30 days.


This approach helps you identify a personalized micro-goal—a small, specific target that fits your lifestyle and motivates you to keep moving forward. Whether your goal is related to health, mindset, or daily habits, Monica’s guidance helps you clarify what matters most.


Brainstorming Support


Gretchen Perkins, a Certified Pilates Teacher and owner of Lynchburg Pilates, joins Monica to offer hands-on support. If you’re unsure about which micro-goal to choose, Monica and Gretchen will help you brainstorm ideas that align with your wellness journey.


Movement with a Pilates Mat Class


After goal setting, Gretchen leads a 20-minute Pilates Mat class. This session is designed to energize and engage your body, making the connection between movement and motivation clear. Pilates helps improve strength, flexibility, and focus—qualities that support your goal achievement.

Nourishing Lunch and One-on-One Goal Review


Following the Pilates session, participants enjoy a nourishing lunch prepared by Monica Makes. This meal is designed to fuel your body and mind, supporting your wellness goals.


During lunch, Monica and Gretchen host a Q&A session where you can ask questions about goal setting, wellness, or Pilates. They also offer one-on-one goal reviews to personalize your plan and provide encouragement.



The 30 Day Micro Goal Series: Continuing Your Journey


The retreat is just the start. From February 9 to March 6, the 30 Day Micro Goal Series continues virtually with weekly coaching calls from 1:00 pm to 1:50 pm EDT. This series keeps you accountable and motivated as you work toward your micro-goal.
